Terms and Conditions

Ticketing Process: You will receive a confirmation email with meeting location details upon completion of your purchase. You do NOT need to print your tickets. No physical tickets will be mailed to you or have to be picked up before the activity.
Class Tickets: Classes occur rain or shine. If class participants are late for more than 15 minutes or more or no-show, they will not be able to join the class. No rescheduling will be available and no refunds will be issued unless the guest pays 5,000 JPY rescheduling fee for the group if there is availability. In the rare situation where Ninja Food Lab is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).
Tickets only valid for the selected event: When purchasing tickets, review all booking details carefully as tickets cannot be exchanged for another event, date and/or time. All participants must purchase a full-priced ticket in advance, even if they do not wish to participate in classes.
Cancellation and rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule any class, a 100% refund will be given if the cancellation is asked prior to 7 days before the class (Japan time) by email. If you cancel any class within 7 days, without rescheduling, we will not provide any refunds. If you need to reschedule any class with less than 7 days notice, we will do our best to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees. Please note there is a 5,000 JPY rescheduling fee per group for any rescheduling within 7 days.
